Обязанности
- 01Own the end-to-end product roadmap for database and SaaS connectors, from customer discovery through GA launch and full lifecycle management, including deprecation
- 02Partner with engineering, design, field sales, and support to define requirements, manage the backlog, and drive on-time connector releases across globally distributed teams
- 03Lead connector strategy decisions, including architecture transitions, naming standards, runtime consolidation, and TCO optimization initiatives such as bin-packing
- 04Drive customer and field enablement through observability improvements, including connector dashboards, health metrics, pricing tools, sizing calculators, and field guides
- 05Use data-driven insights, including AI, SQL, usage telemetry, and customer signals, to inform prioritization and product decisions
- 06Manage tradeoffs across reliability, performance, and customer experience while independently owning a technical product area from discovery through GA
Требования
- 015+ years of product management experience in data infrastructure, ETL/ELT, or a data integration product
- 02Hands-on familiarity with Change Data Capture, including database replication, log-based CDC, and the operational realities of keeping pipelines reliable at scale
- 03A track record of independently owning a technical product area from discovery through GA, managing tradeoffs across reliability, performance, and customer experience
- 04Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience driving alignment across engineering, field, and support in globally distributed teams
- 05A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
