01Architect and prototype scalable, high-performance solutions using modern technologies
02Experiment and iterate on new product ideas, leveraging AI, machine learning, and emerging tech
03Lead technical direction, guiding and mentoring engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle
04Partner cross-functionally to align prototypes with business opportunities and strategic goals
05Mentor a group of software development engineers across US and India
06Communicate technical vision and results clearly to stakeholders and executive leadership

0115+ years in architecture or principal engineering roles within innovative, fast-paced environments
02Applied fraud detection and governance framework experience
03Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and LLMs with experience deploying models or AI-driven projects
04Demonstrated success designing large-scale, high-performance architectures across AWS & Azure
05Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with proven ability to drive technical direction
06Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
07Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, Go)
08Experience with both front-end (React, Angular) and back-end (Node.js, Spring, SpringBoot) development
09Deep understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and their tradeoffs

08Estimated pay ranges: $284,320 - $355,400 (Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont, Washington D.C.), $292,080 - $365,100 (New York, New Jersey, Washington State, California outside SF Bay area), $324,480 - $405,600 (San Francisco Bay area, California)
