Обязанности
- 01Serve as a subject matter expert in distributed systems, data technologies, with strong software engineering skills
- 02Architect and implement scalable and efficient data systems, storage solutions, and processing frameworks using state-of-the-art technologies
- 03Drive technical innovation and research to stay at the forefront of emerging data technologies and best practices
- 04Mentor and coach a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning
- 05Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions
- 06Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the data lifecycle, adhering to industry best practices and compliance standards
Требования
- 01Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 028+ years of software development experience, with a focus on data infrastructure
- 03Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex, large-scale data projects
- 04Strong expertise in big data components such as Kafka, Clickhouse, Spark and other distributed computing systems
- 05Strong expertise with orchestrating, scaling, and managing containerized applications in production environments using Kubernetes (K8s) and Terraform/Helm
- 06Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale data platforms on cloud computing systems like AWS
- 07Proficiency in Python, Java, Bash, and Go with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- 08Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence technical roadmaps and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
- 09Proven leadership experience in mentoring and developing engineers
- 10Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver high-impact results
