Обязанности
- 01Operate as a first line of defense on all operational aspects of the business
- 02Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze processes and identify opportunities for streamlining and efficiency improvements
- 03Develop and implement risk strategies, methodologies, and best practices to optimize operations
- 04Analyzing holistic strategy and coding
- 05Implementing and iterating changes continuously
- 06Provide recommendations for process enhancements and workflow automation to minimize errors and increase productivity
- 07Maintain effective communication with operational teams, compliance, and management on findings and implementing corrective actions
- 08Implement industry best practices in process design, monitoring and reporting
Требования
- 01Any Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 027 to 8 years of experience as a risk analyst
- 03Proficient expertise in SQL/Python/Snowflake/Excel/G-Suite
- 04Basic coding and reporting on SQL mandatory and preferably Python
- 05Passionate about building robust and scalable processes and automation
- 06Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and discrepancies
- 07Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision
- 08Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts
