Обязанности
- 01Define how the company ships software and establish patterns for deploying into complex government and high-security environments
- 02Build and maintain internal CLIs/tools that standardize testing, deployment, and environment management
- 03Execute on automated deployment efforts to pay down tech debt and create fully functional staging/testing environments
- 04Define the company's standard for safe deployments
- 05Provide mentorship for the rest of the team and manage their performance
- 06Guide the technical direction of the team
- 07Design and implement secure scalable backend systems for Public Sector customers
- 08Own services or systems and define their long-term health goals
- 09Re-architect the stack to run in compliant or restrictive environments
- 10Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the vision for backend solutions
- 11Participate actively in customer engagements to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- 12Contribute to the platform roadmap and product strategy for Scale AI's Public Sector business
Требования
- 01At least an active secret clearance
- 02Full Stack Development proficiency
- 03Experience with developing & delivering software to air-gapped & isolated environments is a plus
- 04Understanding of containerization and container orchestration
- 05Familiarity with cloud platforms and experience in developing and deploying applications in a cloud-native environment
- 06Experience with Federal Compliance frameworks and requirements
- 07Experience developing software & technical solutions that meet strict security & regulatory compliance requirements
- 08Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 09Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- 10Willingness to embrace new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements
- 11Must be able to support work 3 days a week from the DC, SF, NYC, or STL office

- 01Compensation packages include base salary, equity, and benefits
- 02Base salary range for San Francisco, New York: $252,000 – $362,000 USD
- 03Base salary range for Washington DC: $227,200 – $326,000 USD
- 04Base salary range for St Louis: $188,800 – $272,000 USD
- 05Benefits include comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits, a learning and development stipend, and generous PTO
- 06May be eligible for additional benefits such as a commuter stipend
- 07Full-time position
- 08Hybrid work model with 3 days in office required
