Engagement Manager (Computer Vision), Public Sector

Обязанности
- 01Manage customer relationships from the executive to the end user
- 02Work alongside customers to scope computer vision use cases
- 03Lead or support a cross-functional project team to deliver on the customer's AI/ML objectives
- 04Proactively identify customer needs and operator pain points
- 05Oversee onboarding and successful implementation of customer accounts
- 06Partner with engineering, operations, and other public sector teams to build and deliver AI systems
Требования
- 01An active TS/SCI clearance
- 023+ years of work experience in stakeholder management or a customer-facing role delivering enterprise-scale applications / solutions
- 03A deep understanding of ML operations process
- 04A track record of structured, analytics-driven problem solving
- 05Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 06Willingness to be onsite with customers up to 4 days per week in the DMV area and / or prepared to travel a minimum of 25%

- 01Base salary range for Washington DC: $187,200 — $234,000 USD
