Обязанности
- 01Manage a team of software engineers, responsible for ensuring their success, aiding their career growth, and facilitating their technical work
- 02Makes coding contributions to the team's projects as needed
- 03Provides feedback on the architecture of the system and the design of new features
- 04Ensures that the team is running smoothly by helping to eliminate technical barriers, coordinating with other teams regarding dependencies, and focusing on the overall happiness of the team
- 05Contributes to planning for organizational growth, including allocation of engineering resources, future hiring plans, and assignment of projects
- 06Sets team culture by example
- 07Estimates the delivery timeline for projects, and communicates well with upper management regarding project execution
Требования
- 01Experience building production-level code with a large user base, robust design structure, and rigorous code quality
- 02Degree in Computer Science or similar field, or equivalent practical experience, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design/architecture
- 03Proficient in C++ or a similar programming language
- 04Experience managing small engineering teams
- 05Passionate about running teams, mentorship, and coaching
