Обязанности
- 01Serve as the technical owner for GenAI initiatives within APM
- 02Lead design, development, and deployment of ML/AI-powered features across multiple teams
- 03Guide long-term strategy and technical direction for GenAI workflows across APM and related products
- 04Build and benchmark GenAI/ML models using state-of-the-art techniques
- 05Contribute to Datadog's broader senior engineering community through thought leadership and collaboration
- 06Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build automated investigation and triaging tools
- 07Influence product direction by bringing a strong product mindset
- 08Guide teams through ambiguity, scaling challenges, and evolving requirements
- 09Actively mentor engineers and influence engineering culture through leadership in design reviews, technical talks, and working groups
Требования
- 01BS/MS/PhD in a scientific field or equivalent experience
- 0210+ years of relevant engineering experience
- 034+ years leading cross-team technical initiatives
- 04Proven track record of leading large-scale GenAI/ML initiatives in a product-driven environment
- 05Highly proficient in model development, deployment, evaluation, and optimization
- 06Hands-on experience in building end-to-end ML systems
- 07Ability to drive initiatives across cross-functional teams and solve ambiguous challenges
- 08Passionate about mentoring others and cultivating a high-performing engineering culture
- 09Demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools in day-to-day workflows and validate, critique, and refine AI-generated output
