Обязанности
- 01Improve client device experiences for receiving notifications and tailoring notification preferences
- 02Build the platform that enables all other teams in the company to send delightful notifications while delivering the maximum value to our users
- 03Pair with Machine Learning engineers to optimize global notification signals and quality
- 04Maintain a high quality bar for our platform’s operational health and client performance
- 05Pair with Product and Design leads to find the right solutions that balance delight, speed of delivery and impact
Требования
- 012+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 02Proficiency in one or more of Python, Elixir, or Typescript with eagerness to learn new languages and skills
- 03A track record of delivering high quality software reliably and on time
- 04Attention to detail and a quality-first mindset: you sweat the right details and catch your own bugs before they reach customers
- 05You are motivated to help your team members succeed, grow, and learn from each other through empathetic feedback
- 06A customer-focused approach and comfort working toward clear, measurable team goals
Условия
- 01The US base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000 to $180,000 + equity + benefits
- 02Our salary ranges are determined by role and level
- 03Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training
