Обязанности
- 01Deliver person-centered care within the client’s own home
- 02Maintain safety whilst making positive risk decisions
- 03Enrich life and promote independence
- 04Build trust and long-term relationships that make every day meaningful
- 05Assist with social interaction and community engagement, supporting the client to access a variety of activities and interests both at home and within the local community
- 06Drive the client to and from activities
- 07Provide support with bedtime routines
- 08Undertake overnight support as required
- 09Help clients achieve personal goals, explore new hobbies, and enjoy trips into the community
Требования
- 01Hold a full UK driving licence
- 02Have business insurance for vehicle (or be willing to obtain)
- 0312 months UK-based experience in a community setting
- 04Confidence in maintaining risk and using physical intervention where required
- 05Confidence in utilising PBS standards within services
- 06Strong personal values and ethical standards
- 07Dedication, commitment and stability
- 08Genuine desire to build lasting relationships and make a positive impact
- 09Compassionate, proactive, and committed to promoting independence, confidence, and positive social experiences
- 10Flexible and available to work across a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
- 11Able to demonstrate availability to meet the needs of the support package and adapt to changing requirements
Условия
- 01Pay rates: Days £16.81 per hour, Nights £18.91 per hour, Weekends £21.01 per hour
- 02Shift patterns: Days 06:00-10:30 and 13:45-21:00; Nights 21:00-06:00 (waking nights & sleep nights)
