Обязанности
- 01Design, implement, test, and operate core backend services for context ingestion, indexing, retrieval orchestration, API access, source configuration, and system administration.
- 02Help define and build architecture for a multi-tenant SaaS service, including tenant isolation, usage tracking, quotas, audit logs, background jobs, and reliable service boundaries.
- 03Build APIs and service interfaces enabling AI agents, MCP tools, CLIs, and internal applications to retrieve context, provenance, confidence signals, and warnings.
- 04Partner with the team to make practical tradeoffs between fast experimentation and long-term reliability as the project moves from prototype to production.
- 05Instrument services with metrics, logs, traces, alerts, and dashboards; use observability tools to monitor and improve reliability.
- 06Contribute to technical direction by shaping architecture, service boundaries, storage choices, API contracts, deployment patterns, and engineering practices for a new product area.
- 07Communicate effectively across teams in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- 08Take full ownership of AI solutions developed, ensuring they are innovative, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with real user workflows.
Требования
- 01Solid experience building production-grade, user-facing software systems; self-starter capable of tackling complex engineering problems and making UI design decisions with minimal supervision.
- 02Familiarity with AI technologies and frameworks, focusing on delivering high-quality real-world solutions.
- 03Comfortable releasing prototypes, collecting feedback, and iterating with a pragmatic mindset.
- 04Proven initiative: takes ownership, drives projects forward, deals with ambiguity, defines scope where loosely defined.
- 05Communicates effectively with peers, open to feedback, brings solutions-oriented mindset.
- 06Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
