Обязанности
- 01Analyze/refine requirements with Development and Engineering Leads, focusing on test planning and scope to certify releases
- 02Participate effectively in a scrum team environment
- 03Manage deliverables working under minimal supervision
- 04Partner with Development and Release Teams to build and execute on product infrastructure growth and high availability
- 05Understand Okta’s top customers usage patterns to define critical test coverage
- 06Review new changes going into test and staging environments
- 07Ensure new changes are compatible with existing customer deployments and usage
- 08Develop, maintain, and debug end-to-end/system test plans and existing test automation to certify the quality of weekly releases
- 09Set up and maintain all necessary test configurations and lab environments for end-to-end/system testing
- 10Prioritize and ensure that critical customer usage patterns continue to function for every weekly release in our test and staging environments
- 11Support the overall QA efforts of our software deployment and release teams, acting as a technical authority on quality in the restricted environment
Требования
- 01Must possess active High clearance
- 024+ years of experience in software QA with a focus on release-based testing and validation
- 034+ years of experience working in a SaaS-based environment
- 04Experience working on both server and client side of device technology
- 05Proven ability to understand, debug, and maintain existing automation code (e.g., Java-based) to diagnose failures; heavy programming/development experience is not strictly required
- 064+ years of experience in at least three of the following cross-disciplinary skills ("Multiple Hats"): 4 years of experience with developing and executing end-to-end or system test plans
- 074 years of experience setting up and maintaining test configurations and lab environments
- 08U.S. soil status - the employee must be on U.S. soil, which means the 50 states, the District of Columbia, or outlying areas of the United States, as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 2.101
- 09U.S. Security Clearance status - the employee must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) to the extent required by U.S. Government contracts

- 01Annual base salary range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington is between: $136,000 — $187,000 USD
- 02Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave)
