- 01Build AI-powered automation solutions
- 02Design, implement, and maintain scalable, AI-driven automations that meaningfully improve productivity and efficiency across field processes and assets

Требования
- 01A background in information systems, computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience
- 026+ years of experience in software engineering or technical consulting roles, with a focus on automation or integration platforms
- 03Experience delivering end-to-end automation solutions on iPaaS platforms (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Snaplogic, or similar); Workato experience strongly preferred
- 04Working experience with RESTful APIs and OAuth authentication
- 05Working experience with SQL in any RDBMS
- 06Experience with Gen AI tools (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) and vector databases
- 07Demonstrated experience working on field-related processes — CRM, sales operations, customer success workflows, or similar domains
- 08Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira
- 09Ability to work in the EMEA / US EST timezone (2 pm to 11 pm IST)
- 10Experience integrating cloud business apps (Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Gainsight, or similar) in a field or revenue operations context
- 11Coding experience in Python, Java, or Ruby; familiarity with SOAP/XML
- 12Understanding of security best practices for integration and data handling
- 13Experience in user experience (UX) design is a plus
- 14Strong written and oral communication skills in English, enabling effective communication of complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- 15Technologically adept and quick to grasp new systems and concepts
- 16Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset, always seeking continuous improvement opportunities
