- 01Design and execute experiments grounded in real coding and product use cases
- 02Define, track and optimize product-centric LLM performance metrics
- 03Partner with engineering leads to hire and hone a world-class team
- 04Own training pipelines, distillation workflows, and synthetic data generation systems
- 05Work closely with infra and product engineers to scale and ship model improvements

- 01Led or contributed to cutting-edge LLM research at top AI labs
- 02Fine-tuned large-scale transformer models on datasets including code, natural language, and multimodal inputs
- 03Developed state-of-the-art models for code generation
- 04Designed high-quality experiments and have strong sense for effective evaluation
- 05A natural leader obsessed with building the best technical team in the world
- 06Mentored team of researchers / engineers, and led collaborative projects across research, engineering, and product teams
- 07Bonus: Published at top ML/AI conferences on LLMs, code intelligence, or agentic reasoning
