Обязанности
- 01Lead, coach, manage, and develop a team of 200+ associates and 4+ salaried managers
- 02Communicate and enforce policies and procedures
- 03Create, manage, and support recognition programs
- 04Implement and maintain safety programs ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations
- 05Establish and enforce procedures for building security and product loss prevention
- 06Own and report on performance metrics including on-time receiving and shipping, inventory accuracy, and packing quality
- 07Set and uphold strict Service Level Agreement (SLA) expectations
- 08Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve fulfillment-related issues
- 09Act as the escalation point for risk mitigation and issue resolution
- 10Identify gaps in inventory accuracy and drive strategic initiatives to improve processes
- 11Analyze defect rates and recommend operational improvements
- 12Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- 13Work closely with Growth and Engineering teams to prioritize resolution of systemic problems
- 14Own CPU and cost metrics
Требования
- 01Minimum of 4 years of experience managing a team of 4 or more salaried individuals
- 02Physical capability to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- 03Willingness and ability to frequently engage in physically demanding tasks
- 04Ability to stand/walk for extended periods up to 10-12 hours
- 05Comfort working in an environment with varying noise levels
Условия
- 01Base salary range: $88,000 - $110,000 USD
