Обязанности
- 01Build and ship features for North, our AI workspace platform
- 02Develop autonomous agents that talk to sensitive enterprise data
- 03Write and ship minimal code that runs in low-resource environments, and has highly stringent deployment mechanisms
- 04As security and privacy are paramount, you will sometimes need to re-invent the wheel, and won’t be able to use the most popular libraries or tooling
- 05Collaborate with researchers to productionize state-of-the-art models and techniques

- 01Have shipped (lots of) fullstack code (Python and React) in production
- 02You excel in fast-paced environments and can execute while priorities and objectives are a moving target
- 03You have strong coding abilities and are comfortable working across the stack
- 04You have built and deployed extremely performant client-side or server-side RAG/agentic applications to millions of users
- 05You think like a product owner, not just an engineer — you ask 'should we build this?' before 'how do we build this?'
- 06You have strong opinions on what makes a great user experience and aren't afraid to push back on designs or specs that don't serve the user
- 07You've owned features end-to-end: from understanding the user problem, to shipping, to measuring impact
