Обязанности
- 01Lead, grow, and develop a team of Analytical Engineers
- 02Own hiring, coaching, performance, and career growth for the team
- 03Set a high bar for data-model quality and stakeholder trust
- 04Own the Gold layer and semantic-layer strategy across team domains (PLG, marketing, revenue, NPI/AWM)
- 05Take accountability for curated data models, canonical metrics, dashboards, and Genie spaces
- 06Treat recurring insights as products with owners, cadence, and SLAs
- 07Build a catalog of trusted, versioned data products instead of one-off rebuilds
- 08Drive self-serve enablement by prioritizing Gold tables, governed metric definitions, and metadata
- 09Partner with Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Infrastructure, and business teams to author data contracts and SLAs at the Silver→Gold boundary
- 10Manage prioritization, run-rate, and cost as first-class metrics
- 11Make explicit build-vs-buy and trade-off decisions to protect team capacity
Требования
- 01Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
- 023+ years managing or leading a team of analytics engineers, data engineers, or analysts, with a clear trajectory into people management
- 03Strong analytical-engineering technical foundation: advanced SQL, data modeling, semantic layer design, dbt or equivalent frameworks, and modern warehouse/lakehouse platforms (Databricks preferred)
- 04Track record of shipping trusted data products (governed Gold tables, canonical metrics, semantic layers) that reduce ad-hoc work and earn stakeholder trust
- 05Strong stakeholder management skills with senior cross-functional partners and leadership, ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear roadmaps and explain technical trade-offs to non-technical audiences
- 06Sound judgment on prioritization, sunsetting low-value work, and managing data cost and run-rate
- 07Curiosity about AI-native analytics (NL2SQL, semantic layers for self-serve, using tools like Claude and Genie) and familiarity with tools like Unity Catalog, Looker/LookML, or reverse-ETL/activation platforms

- 06Estimated base salary range: 36,600 - 41,600 PLN gross per month
