Обязанности
- 01Lead, manage, and grow a team of high-functioning engineers
- 02Partner with engineering leaders to drive technical decisions and initiatives
- 03Nurture a team of passionate and capable engineers
- 04Partner with cross-functional peers including product and design to execute strategy
- 05Implement processes to help the team scale and be productive
Требования
- 015+ years experience as an engineer (previously in staff or TL level IC position)
- 022+ years as an engineering manager
- 03Strong customer focus and experience working with Product Managers
- 04Experience with navigating large systems
- 05Experience leading high performing engineering teams in fast paced environment
- 06Experience in growing and mentoring engineers
- 07Experience in managing, organizing, and prioritizing multiple projects
Условия
- 01Hybrid working model (flexible working from office or elsewhere)
- 02Required to be based in San Francisco and come into office 2-3 times/week
- 03Base salary range: $281,000 - $365,700 USD for Bay Area locations
