Требования
- 01Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field
- 02Demonstrated experience in deep learning and transformer models
- 03Experience with content understanding or abuse prevention with LLMs is a plus
- 04Proficiency in frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
- 05Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
- 06Familiarity with methods of training and fine-tuning large language models, such as distillation, supervised fine-tuning, and policy optimization
- 07Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to challenges
- 08Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- 09Ability to move fast in an environment with loosely defined tasks, competing priorities, or deadlines
- 10Enjoy owning problems end-to-end and willingness to acquire missing knowledge to get the job done
