Обязанности
- 01Develop and implement technical solutions to support user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth
- 02Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize user onboarding, feature adoption, subscription conversion, and overall product experience
- 03Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and translate them into technical requirements
Требования
- 01Experience working on user growth (acquisition, activation, retention, monetization) or have worked in a revenue focused organization like ads
- 02Have experience full-stack development (web/React and backend), and experience with data analysis and experimentation frameworks
- 03Take a data-driven approach to problem-solving, with a keen eye for identifying patterns and opportunities in user behavior and metrics
- 04Are passionate about the potential of AI to reach and benefit a wide audience, and eager to tackle challenges in scaling AI products
- 05Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional partners and teammates
- 06Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
- 07Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
- 08Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position

- 01Annual Salary: $320,000 — $405,000 USD
- 02Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time
- 03Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa
