Обязанности
- 01Execute the movement of inventory for multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- 02Ensure proper documentation (i.e., material requisition) is completed and all relevant procedures are strictly followed before and after any inventory movement
- 03Manage transactions within the WMS/ERP system to accurately reflect the physical movement of goods, identify any discrepancies, and perform thorough root cause analysis
- 04Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain high inventory accuracy and minimize variances
- 05Assist in the comprehensive planning and execution of the full annual physical inventory
- 06Assist in the effective management and appropriate disposal of surplus materials and scrap
- 07Ensure sufficient inventory levels of materials and products are maintained in accordance with established inventory cycles and organizational philosophy
- 08Transport parts to the production floor as needed
- 09Issue parts to specific jobs according to project specifications
- 10Prepare jobs for production by unboxing all parts and organizing like materials together on job carts
- 11Pull necessary sheet metal for CNC operators to expedite production timelines
- 12Double-check the Bill of Materials for projects moving into production to confirm the presence of all required parts
- 13Utilize the ERP system to accurately track all material movements and inventory levels
- 14Perform monthly cycle counts of materials and provide necessary assistance to the warehouse as required
- 15Assist with various warehouse tasks, including receiving, unloading trucks, maintaining cleanliness, and general upkeep of the lot
Требования
- 013-5 years of proven experience in inventory control, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- 02Experience working with an MRP (Material Requirements Planning) system
- 03Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all inventory-related tasks
- 04Ability to identify and analyze inventory discrepancies and implement effective solutions
- 05Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- 06Effective communication skills to interact with various teams, including production and warehouse personnel
