Обязанности
- 01Define how we measure good for AI-native features beyond traditional funnels
- 02Build semantic frameworks to categorise user intent, model behaviour, and interaction patterns
- 03Design feedback loops that connect prompts, model outputs, user behaviour, and downstream outcomes
- 04Define, track, and own the metrics that leadership and product teams depend on
- 05Work with large conversation datasets to deeply analyse how users interact with AI features
- 06Identify failure patterns, unnecessary iteration loops, and characteristics of successful interactions
- 07Build models that answer questions dashboards cannot
- 08Turn findings into specific, prioritised recommendations for product roadmap
- 09Partner with Product and Engineering to evaluate iterations quickly
- 10Run experiments end-to-end: design, instrument, analyse, and translate results
- 11Link AI feature usage to activation, retention, expansion, and cost efficiency
- 12Build pipelines, dashboards, and self-serve analytical tools
- 13Mentor a team of product analysts and raise the technical bar
Требования
- 01Significant experience (ideally 5+ years) in Data Science, Product Analytics, or similar role with conversation data at scale
- 02Experience analysing large volumes of user text to discover patterns that shaped product decisions
- 03Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams
- 04Hands-on experience working with AI/ML-driven products (LLMs, ranking, generation, recommendations)
- 05Strong applied modelling skills: regression, classification, clustering, survival analysis
- 06Deep expertise in experimentation design and statistical inference
- 07Fluency in SQL and Python
- 08Ability to design pragmatic evaluation metrics where ground truth is fuzzy
- 09Familiarity with modern data stack tools: dbt, Snowflake, Hex, Omni, Looker
- 10Clear communicator who can influence without authority
