01Provide mentorship and assistance to Operation Specialists
02Resolve complex queries and offer insights
03Mentor junior team members
04Take on challenging stretch assignments
05Drive process improvement initiatives
06Lead queue management for the entire pod
07Lead the onboarding of new properties into the Luxe category
08Conduct interviews with Home Consultants and complete their onboarding process
09Unblock onboarding-related challenges by collaborating with Market Managers and cross-functional teams
10Assess walkthrough reports to determine property eligibility for Luxe criteria
11Perform visual vetting of potential Luxe listings
12Partner with stakeholders to improve vetting frameworks and visual standards
13Act as a subject matter expert on Luxe design and brand positioning
14Provide feedback and recommendations to refine property evaluation guidelines
15Mentor and coach Luxe Specialists on visual assessment standards
16Identify and lead process improvement initiatives related to onboarding and quality assurance
17Maintain strong collaboration across Luxe S&O, Product, and Design teams
18Participate in cross-functional reviews and calibration sessions
19Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information for Home Consultants

01Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
026–8 years of experience in customer experience, operations, hospitality, or design-led environment
03Background in design, hospitality, architecture, or luxury segment
04Proven ability to evaluate properties for luxury standards
05Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
06Proficiency in Google Sheets, dashboards, and data analysis
07Strong attention to detail, aesthetic sensibility
08Understanding of premium guest experience
09Leadership and mentoring abilities
10Experience with Luxe listings or premium hospitality products
