- 01Participate in projects at life sciences companies designing and deploying systems
- 02Configure and implement cloud solutions
- 03Lead requirements workshops: design, prototype, configuration, and solutions
- 04Ensure customer success from beginning to end of the engagement life cycle
Требования
- 013+ years of experience implementing and/or supporting LIMS systems
- 02Technical aptitude to comprehend and translate business requirements and create corresponding solutions designs
- 03Proven expertise in customer leadership and fostering a collaborative team environment
- 04Demonstrated work history in stakeholder management, critical thinking skills, ability to conduct complex and technical communications in a wide variety of settings and audiences, and the determination to see client success with solution implementation
- 05Travel for key customer engagements and internal meetings up to 50% with typical travel around 25%
