Обязанности
- 01Lead life science customers in the rapid configuration and implementation of eTMF, CTMS, Site Connect, Study Training, Study Startup, and Payments solutions
- 02Participate in workshops to discuss requirements with customers
- 03Guide customers toward best design decisions
- 04Document design decisions
- 05Monitor Veeva Vault configuration to ensure the matching with the agreed design
- 06Support customers in validation activities and write validation documentation
- 07Deliver onsite or remote training
- 08Submit product enhancement requests based on project experience
- 09Ensure customer success from beginning to end of the engagement lifecycle
Требования
- 01Experience working in clinical trials with a demonstrated understanding of compliance considerations and processes
- 02AND / OR experience working on implementation projects as a consultant, business, or IT lead for at least one of the following solutions: eTMF, CTMS, Site Connect, Study Training, Study Startup, and Payments
- 03Some understanding of life sciences content management principles
- 04Some understanding of life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements
- 05Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- 06Ability to travel as required
- 07Bachelor's degree or above
- 08Good communication skills in English
- 09Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the European Union and the UK
