Обязанности
- 01Proactively drive customers towards Veeva and industry best practices
- 02Understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements
- 03Perform system configuration changes and data migrations
- 04Activate new product features and ensure seamless integration
- 05Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions
- 06Develop and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions
- 07Create analytical reports to support business decision-making
- 08Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- 09Provide application consulting services to the Veeva Commercial Cloud product suite, primarily on Veeva Vault CRM
- 10Identify customer requirements and act as an advising partner
- 11Develop expertise across other Commercial products
Требования
- 013+ years of experience with configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions (e.g., CRM)
- 02Experience working in a customer-facing and/or consulting role and managing customer expectations
- 03Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- 04Strong desire to continuously learn and develop
- 05Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- 06Ability to work independently
- 07Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject

- 04Total compensation range: 12,000,000 - 23,000,000 HUF
