Обязанности
- 01Partner with executive leaders and functional leaders to drive critical business decisions
- 02Build and own financial models, including capacity and benefits modeling
- 03Prepare strategic trade-off analyses that help leadership prioritize investments
- 04Partner with Corporate Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to deliver monthly and quarterly reporting and forecasting
- 05Ensure accurate, timely reporting, providing clear variance explanations
- 06Translate results into actionable recommendations for executives and functional leaders
- 07Identify and implement AI and automation-driven improvements that allow financial processes to scale
- 08Drive real-time reporting and enable impactful analyses
- 09Deliver thoughtful ad hoc analyses for executive and business partner
Требования
- 014-6 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance in the technology industry
- 02Experience in accounting, investment banking, consulting, treasury, or private equity
- 03Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, budget vs. actuals, annual planning, and long-range planning
- 04Comfortable partnering directly with senior leadership and building cross-functional relationships
- 05Intellectual curiosity, strong problem-solving skills
- 06Desire to continually up-level current approaches and processes
- 07Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- 08Get it done attitude
Условия
- 01Role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City
- 02Work from offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (Anchor Days)
- 03Estimated base salary range for San Francisco is $150,000 - $165,000 per year
