Обязанности
- 01Drive technical innovation to support automation and efficiency, serving both Stripe users and internal teams
- 02Collaborate with user-facing teams to understand operational challenges and implement robust technical solutions
- 03Design and implement features to power Stripe's global 24/7 support operation
- 04Write high-quality, well-tested code with appropriate monitoring and observability
- 05Build support for initiatives by sharing compelling data, and measure outcomes to demonstrate successful execution
- 06Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
- 07Partner with product and design teams to deliver excellent user experiences
Требования
- 01Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, plus 3 years of software development experience
- 02Must have 3 years of experience in Building production software systems with well-tested code
- 03Must have 3 years of experience in Front-end and back-end software development
- 04Must have 3 years of experience in Designing, building, and maintaining functional applications including web-based agent tooling platforms, case management and routing systems
- 05Must have 3 years of experience in Integrating and maintaining multiple systems and processes including cloud-based infrastructure platforms, database systems, API gateways, authentication systems, and CI/CD pipelines
- 06Must have 3 years of experience in Developing software solutions that support internal operations or customer workflows
- 07Must have 3 years of experience in Writing software in Ruby, React, or TypeScript
- 08Must have 3 years of experience in Building and maintaining high-throughput API services
- 09Must have 3 years of experience in Improving system performance and operational efficiency
