- 01Lead integration reliability and partner operations
- 02Own the health of Financial Connections' banking integrations at the team level
- 03Serve as the management escalation point for complex partner issues
- 04Drive strategy for integration health: set SLOs, own operational metrics
- 05Prioritize the integration backlog in partnership with your team
- 06Sustain technical relationships with key financial partners at the leadership level
- 07Set direction for how the team applies LLM-powered agentic workflows
- 08Partner with product and platform engineering on agentic tooling investments
- 09Build team capability to design and operate Human-in-the-Loop review systems
- 10Identify manual high-volume process categories for elimination
- 11Hire, onboard, and develop a team of TechOps Integration Reliability Engineers
- 12Build team culture valuing technical ownership and incident response
- 13Serve as operational bridge between engineering leadership, partnerships, compliance, and legal
- 14Represent TechOps in cross-functional planning cycles
Требования
- 01Minimum 3+ years of people leadership experience in a TechOps team
- 02Demonstrated people management experience including coaching, performance conversations, and hiring
- 03Hands-on technical experience to lead team work credibly
- 04Operational leadership experience owning production reliability and incident command
- 05Experience managing technical relationships with partners
- 06Ability to build escalation paths and define SLOs
- 07Experience in complex integration-heavy technical environments
