Обязанности
- 01Own the full lifecycle of poolside's events across commercial, activation, and corporate categories
- 02Own the entire show from budget to booth design, swag to A/V, on-site ops to run-of-show
- 03Be the reason it runs flawlessly by providing briefings, schedules, logistics, and prep for traveling team members
- 04Connect events to real outcomes by working with go-to-market, partnerships, marketing, product, and developer relations
- 05Own the money story by tracking spend, reconciling invoices, and modeling ROI
- 06Set the bar for partners by building relationships with agencies, production partners, sponsors, and vendors
- 07Take poolside global by building programming that works anywhere in the world
- 08Make every event better than the last by owning KPIs for reach, engagement, pipeline, and brand lift
Требования
- 015+ years in event planning and execution
- 02Hands-on experience running conferences, product launches, or activations with large audiences
- 03Based in the US
- 04Operational skill to lead complex, high-stakes events on the ground like AWS re:Invent or NVIDIA GTC
- 05Deeply detail-oriented with expertise in run-of-show documents, vendor management, A/V coordination, swag and booth logistics, and traveler prep
- 06Commercial awareness understanding how events connect to pipeline, sponsorship value, model adoption, and ROI
