Обязанности
- 01Set strategic direction and execute the multi-year offensive security roadmap
- 02Build and scale a dedicated offensive AI security practice from the ground up
- 03Develop AI threat intelligence and translate it into red team playbooks
- 04Lead structured adversarial campaigns against AI systems (LLMs, agents, pipelines)
- 05Design and deploy AI-based penetration testing platforms and autonomous agents
- 06Integrate automated breach and attack simulation (BAS) into CI/CD and AI pipelines
- 07Build, manage, and scale a team of offensive security engineers, including AI red team operators
- 08Identify and hire talent in offensive security and AI/ML
- 09Lead live 'Exploitable Demonstrations' to engineering teams
- 10Translate offensive findings into business-level risk narratives for executives and the board
- 11Partner with GRC, Product Security, Security Operations, and Engineering teams
Требования
- 01Minimum of 8 years in offensive security (penetration testing, red teaming, vulnerability research, or exploit development)
- 02At least 4 years in a people management or leadership capacity, including experience managing managers or tech leads
- 03Demonstrated experience attacking AI/ML systems
