Обязанности
- 01Engage with Solutions Architect to understand Use Case Demand Plan
- 02Own Post-Technical Win technical account strategy and investment plan
- 03Be accountable technical leader for specific Use Cases across multiple teams
- 04Serve as first point of contact for technical issues related to production/go-live status
- 05Leverage Shared Services and escalate to technical experts when needed
- 06Create and execute PoV for accelerating use cases into production
- 07Navigate Databricks Product and Engineering teams for innovations and upgrades
- 08Build and maintain executive level success plans
- 09Provide KPI reporting on consumption status and customer health
- 10Develop reusable assets and mentor junior team members
Требования
- 018+ years in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role
- 02Experience with distributed data systems architecture
- 03Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- 04Experience influencing and leading teams without direct reporting authority
- 05Executive stakeholder management experience
- 06Executive escalation management experience
- 07Strategic Management Consulting experience
- 08Experience building and steering value cases
- 09Quota ownership and achievement track record
- 10Native level Korean and Business level English proficiency
