Responsibilities
- 01Drive AI strategy, infrastructure investments and AI product portfolio optimization across Google
- 02Frame key strategic decisions for SVP+ leadership group based on deep analysis
- 03Model scenarios and tradeoffs to create opinionated strategies for maximizing AI value
- 04Create SVP+ forum content (presentations, communications, mandates)
- 05Develop monitoring view to keep programs accountable
- 06Collaborate with operational teams to ensure SVP+ mandates are set up for success
- 07Maintain catalog of ongoing experiments & proposed innovations
- 08Identify gaps in processes and information and propose/implement solutions
Requirements
- 01BA/BS degree in Computer Science/EE or equivalent practical experience
- 0215+ years of product management experience for technology-driven company at scale
- 03Proven track record in driving 0->1 product capabilities and founding new technical initiatives
- 04Exceptional organizational talent running strategic programs
- 05Stellar verbal and written communication; experience with SVP/VP+ level audiences
- 06Extensive experience in product operations and business strategy
- 07Strong analytics, strategy, and data fluency experience
- 08Experience with machine learning and/or compute
- 09Ability to turn ambiguous problem spaces into clear solutions
- 10Ability to influence without direct authority and work with cross-functional teams
