Responsibilities

01Own product growth features: code and optimize onboarding flows, referrals, viral loops, templates, and more
02Automate GTM processes: scrape lead lists, set up outbound sequences, and integrate cutting-edge AI tools (like 11x or clay.io) to supercharge sales and marketing motions
03Experiment rapidly: design and run A/B tests, measure impact, and iterate quickly on ideas that drive user adoption and revenue
04Collaborate across teams: partner with product, marketing, sales, and engineering to build cohesive growth roadmaps aligned with company objectives
05Drive data-backed decisions: track relevant metrics and funnel data, using insights to shape new strategies and refine existing ones
06Stay on the bleeding edge: continuously research new tools, platforms, and frameworks for growth, test what’s possible, and bring the best solutions in-house
