- 06Steward critical operational programs including AWS quota management and notifications, AMI patch management, and Ansible-based configuration management
- 07Establish and hold the operational bar: SLAs for IAM requests, quota alerting thresholds, incident response for networking changes, and automated validation of provisioning and teardown
- 08Partner with Security to enforce least-privilege IAM and ensure recommended permissions are adopted across teams
- 09Drive smooth adoption of Infra Foundations frameworks and best practices through self-service tooling, documentation, and knowledge sharing
Requirements

- 05Experience building and operating infrastructure automation that other teams adopt and depend on
- 06Track record of operating services with a high reliability bar (monitoring, on-call, incident response, postmortems, continuous hardening)
- 07Strong operational judgment and the ability to drive clarity, prioritization, and execution across a broad, heterogeneous surface area
- 08Familiarity with least-privilege IAM models and partnering with Security on access governance
- 09Strong programming background (Python, Go, or Kotlin preferred)
