Responsibilities
- 01Own end-to-end execution of Mercor's enterprise event program, including our flagship executive summit, recurring executive dinners, and conference activations
- 02Build and manage target invite lists, working from priority account and pipeline data to make sure the right people are in the room
- 03Manage venue, vendor, and agency coordination, registration platforms, and on-site logistics
- 04Track attendance and follow-through against target accounts, and report on what each event actually produced
- 05Own the integrity of marketing attribution data: channel source, campaign tagging, and lead routing across our CRM and deal tracker
- 06Build and maintain the weekly enterprise marketing reporting view, covering marketing-sourced pipeline, event outcomes, web conversion, and content engagement
- 07Manage inbound lead flow, routing, and enrichment so the GTM team gets context with every lead
- 08Identify where the data is wrong or missing and fix it, rather than reporting around it
- 09Coordinate with our creative agency on campaign production, landing pages, and website updates
- 10Manage the enterprise content calendar and publishing workflow
- 11Maintain the enterprise collateral library so the GTM team always has current, accurate materials
Requirements
- 012 to 4 years of experience in marketing, growth, demand generation, events, or a related go-to-market function
- 02Consulting, sales operations, or revenue operations backgrounds with relevant exposure are also a strong fit
- 03Genuinely strong project management instincts
- 04Comfort with data
- 05Clear written communication
- 06High agency in ambiguity
- 07Interest in enterprise AI and a willingness to learn the technical substance well enough to be credible with the material
