Responsibilities
- 01Review Corporate Services and Marketing & Events contracts in close collaboration with Legal, Cross-functional Team and Sourcing leads, ensuring agreements align with business needs and risk frameworks
- 02Partner with in-house counsel to navigate complex terms and secure appropriate approvals
- 03Create RFP/RFI, Vendor negotiations across a range of Non Technology services
- 04Manage <$100k deals and tail spend
- 05Review, summarize, and analyze data and present findings in a concise and structured manner
- 06Execute and distribute procurement spend reports according to predefined monthly or quarterly reporting schedules
- 07Create and communicate critical metrics reports on a regular basis based on a defined list of critical metrics (Cost Savings, Procurement Influence, Payment Terms etc.)
- 08Support Sourcing Strategy and procurement optimization processes by providing data insights and recommendations
- 09Perform procurement analytics to deliver useful insights to larger procurement team to enable significant business impact
- 10Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sourcing, P2P etc.) to gather monthly and quarterly data for analysis
- 11Bring analytical and conceptual skills linking issue resolution to process improvement
- 12Conduct training on analytical tools and dashboards, as needed
- 13Build strong relationships with business collaborators and cross-functional partners
- 14Update/maintain various procurement tools and system configurations, as needed
- 15Collaborate with IT and various other departments to efficiently manage the procurement systems, as needed
- 16Lead implementation efforts for any new tools and/or features of existing tools, as needed
Requirements
- 01Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or finance/accounting or equivalent
- 023 to 5 years work experience in Sourcing & Procurement, Contracts Review including finance data analysis
- 03Strong ability to collect and interpret data, identify and communicate potential opportunities and risks
- 04Strong data analytics and report building skills
- 05Prior experience in the latest tools will be considered an asset - Workday Procurement, Omnea, Coupa, NetSuite, Tableau, CLM, G Suite, et cetera
- 06Willingness to learn new technologies in procurement data analytics
- 07Project management (including change management) experience and skills
- 08Strong communication, influencing, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- 09Possess high integrity combined with good judgement, with the ability to identify, recommend and select the best overall solution
- 10Strong ability to develop and manage relationships with key business partners and suppliers
- 11Proactive, a self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude
- 12Must be willing to work on one’s own initiative and must be focused on achieving goals
- 13Work hours - EMEA shift (1pm to 10pm IST) aligning with North America time zones overlap including flexibility in work times to support all other global time zones when needed
