Responsibilities
- 01Own the roadmap for Claude-powered internal products and automation across one or more customer functions
- 02Run intake and prioritization so that the highest-impact problems get built first and the rest get a clear answer
- 03Write crisp problem statements and requirements that engineers can act on without rework
- 04Ship iteratively, gather feedback from the people using the product, and keep improving it after launch
- 05Co-develop adoption roadmaps with internal customer teams and hold both sides to them
- 06Define success metrics before work starts and report adoption and business impact on a regular cadence
- 07Treat change management as part of the product
- 08Plan rollout, training, and support so that what you ship gets used
- 09Kill or rework products that are not earning their keep
- 10Build trusted relationships with leaders in the functions you serve and translate their needs into product priorities
- 11Partner with IT, IT Engineering, and Security on access, data handling, and governance so that internal Claude usage follows internal policy
- 12Coordinate with Legal and Finance on the requirements that apply to your products
- 13Communicate plans, progress, and tradeoffs clearly to the teams and leaders you work with
- 14Understand how Claude, internal systems, and integrations fit together well enough to make sound scoping and sequencing calls
- 15Partner with engineering on architecture choices that keep internal products maintainable and secure
- 16Stay current on Claude capabilities and bring new ones to internal teams where they fit
Requirements
- 01You have deep product management experience, including ownership of products used by internal teams
- 02You have shipped products that measurably changed how a team or function works
- 03You have partnered with engineering, IT, and security teams on technical products
- 04You communicate clearly in writing and in person
- 05You can explain a tradeoff to an executive and a requirement to an engineer
- 06You are comfortable operating with ambiguity and setting priorities across competing requests
- 07Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
- 08Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
- 09Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
