Responsibilities

01Play a key role in planning and coordinating the office move and setup, including stakeholder and vendor management
02Conduct regular office walkthroughs and proactively address maintenance, safety, and operational issues
03Manage facility requests and coordinate preventive maintenance with building management and service providers
04Support the Workplace Health & Safety Compliance team with on-site inspections, appointments, and vendor visits
05Manage cleaning, maintenance, and facility vendors, ensuring high service and quality standards
06Coordinate meeting room setups, team events, and workplace activities, including vendors, catering, equipment, and on-site support
07Support facility-related procurement, expenses, approvals, and vendor engagements
08Deliver an excellent employee and guest experience with a strong hospitality and service mindset
09Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
10Proactively identify opportunities to improve workplace operations and employee experience

015+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities, office management, hospitality, or a related field
02Strong employee experience and hospitality mindset with a hands-on, service-oriented approach
03Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
04Experience managing vendors, contractors, and multiple operational priorities
05Experience with office moves, office openings, or workplace projects is a plus
06Good understanding of workplace health & safety and facility operations
07Experience with ticketing/facility management systems and Google Workspace
08Fluent German and English required
09This is a fully on-site role, requiring five days per week in the office
