Responsibilities
- 01Drive outcomes end-to-end, partnering with product to define problems, validate solutions, and ship experiences that change how customers interact with crypto
- 02Bring clarity to complexity by simplifying complex crypto concepts into simple and intuitive interfaces
- 03Uphold the craft bar and help set the standard for design quality and product excellence across the team
- 04Start with AI, using it to explore problem spaces, surface edge cases, and generate early prototypes while guiding intent, structure, and quality
Requirements
- 01Strong product design experience working on complex, consumer-facing products with end-to-end ownership
- 02Active use of AI in your design workflow
- 03Solid systems thinking, balancing detail with the big picture
- 04Experience partnering with engineering, product, research, legal, and compliance in a highly regulated environment
- 05Deep crypto knowledge— experience isn’t required, but fluency is
