Responsibilities
- 01Modern Data Architecture & Engineering: Work alongside platform and data engineers to upgrade our existing data architecture to be high fidelity, AI-ready, and easily accessible for both internal and external users
- 02Customer Data Integrations: Guide the execution of data integrations into select customer systems in partnership with our solutions engineering team
- 03Product Analyses: Uplevel our standard suite of analytics and measurement insights in partnership with our product team
- 04Custom Analyses: Execute on client-specific, custom analytical requests in partnership with our client services team
- 05Leadership & Team Mentorship: Direct and grow a team of data analysts and data engineers
Requirements
- 01Deep, hands-on expertise in SQL / Python and strong capabilities in data modeling, advanced quantitative analysis, and working with large data sets
- 02Strong command of modern data architecture particularly in enabling AI readiness
- 0310+ years of progressive experience in data science/analytics and/or data engineering roles including in a managerial capacity leading teams
- 04Recent work experience should relate to the pharmaceutical / life sciences industry
- 05Undergrad or masters in a technical discipline (computer science, statistics, engineering, math, physics, etc.)
