Responsibilities
- 01Design, Build, maintain, and scale back-end services and their support tools
- 02Participate in architectural definitions with a high degree of innovation and creativity
- 03Creating automation and tooling to make our systems more scalable and easier to deploy
- 04Working directly within a multidisciplinary team to help our customers and partners
- 05Research new tools and services to understand complex scenarios and to also propose new features
- 06Working in an agile environment with a DevOps approach—teams build and maintain their own software, including taking turns with being on-call
Requirements
- 019+ years of hands-on experience with distributed systems, concurrency, and production-scale systems
- 02Strong proficiency in GoLang (primary language — non-negotiable)
- 03Frontend experience with React - Basic level skill
- 04Cloud platform knowledge — AWS, Azure, or GCP (at least one, deeply)
- 05Proven track record of delivering production code in an Agile environment
- 06Collaborative engineer who drives shared code ownership and involves teammates in key decisions
- 07Ability to design and implement distributed solutions for complex, real-world problems
