Responsibilities

01Coach, manage, and develop a team of 30–100 associates with training and support from site leadership as you ramp up.
02Communicate policies to your team and act as the primary information source, maintaining compliance and consistency, and taking corrective action when needed.
03Create, manage, and support recognition programs across your department.
04Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment; ensure procedures are followed for building security and product loss prevention.
05Own performance reporting for your areas of responsibility within the fulfillment center, including on-time receiving and shipping, inventory accuracy, and packing quality.
06Hold yourself and your team to clear SLA expectations, providing concise verbal and written reports of performance and action plans when needed.
07Facilitate troubleshooting with cross-functional partners on fulfillment-related problems.
08Serve as an escalation point to help mitigate risks and resolve issues.
09Measure and respond to gaps in inventory accuracy, helping identify root causes and resolve them.
10Review defect rates to identify trends and surface opportunities to improve operations, both internally and across the network.
11Track learnings and best practices to contribute to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
12Help prioritize the resolution of systemic problems, working closely with Growth and Engineering teams.

01Bachelor's degree completed within the last 12 months, or expected within the next few months.
02Demonstrated leadership experience from campus organizations, athletics, ROTC/military, student government, internships, or part-time or summer jobs.
03Strong problem-solving skills and comfort learning new processes quickly in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
04Strong computer literacy, including comfort with Google Sheets/Excel.
05Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
06Collaborative, personable approach with a strong affinity for working cross-functionally.
07Great attention to detail and an appreciation for the complexity behind consistent day-to-day operations.
08Willingness and ability to work any permanent shift, which may include overnights, holidays, and weekend overlap.
09Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
10Must be willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, and to stand/walk for up to 10–12 hours.
11Must be able to work in an environment where noise levels and temperature vary (60–90°F, occasionally higher).
12Must be able to work on a secure mezzanine at a height of up to 40 feet (applies to buildings with mezzanines).

02Base salary range: $64,800 – $89,100 USD per year.
