Responsibilities
- 01Acting as the strategic and operational backbone for a Product or GTM organization - your job is to identify the highest-leverage opportunities and drive them to clean outcomes
- 02Leading important product strategy and cross-functional work that doesn't sit neatly within one team or function, such as launching new products, improving go-to-market motions, or accelerating revenue
- 03Owning foundational operating rhythms - monthly business reports, QBRs, OKRs and KPIs, executive reporting - and evolving them as the business scales
- 04Building out dashboards, metrics, and success measures that give leadership visibility and enable data-driven decisions
- 05Using AI tools and agents as a default part of how you work - not as an experiment, but as a force multiplier
Requirements
- 016–11 years in management consulting, investment banking, and/or operating roles (BizOps, Strategy & Ops, Finance)
- 02Strong analytical and structured-thinking skills; comfort translating ambiguity into frameworks, plans, and decisions
- 03High agency, sense of ownership, and willingness to roll up your sleeves
- 04Ability to build relationships at all levels and drive cross-functional teams to action
- 05Familiarity with AI tools and agents to accelerate workflows is a plus
- 06Knowledge of SQL and Tableau preferred
- 07Experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth SaaS preferred
