Responsibilities
- 01Manage the deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers
- 02Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage
- 03Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health
- 04Run training sessions, demonstrate Samsara’s technology, and work through challenges with executives and day-to-day users
- 05Juggle multiple customer engagements in parallel and work cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional experience
- 06Serve as a mentor to the wider Customer Success and Support teams
- 07Deeply understand the Samsara platform’s capabilities and explain them to customers of all types
- 08Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles
Requirements
- 0110+ years of experience in a technology consulting and/or customer-facing technology implementation role
- 02Enterprise SaaS experience preferred
- 03Exceptional executive stakeholder management and communications
- 04High emotional intelligence
- 05Strong priority management
- 06Experience supporting or working with technical products
