Responsibilities
- 01Define and direct technical strategy for largest and important accounts
- 02Work with Enterprise Account Executive (AE) to drive account strategy
- 03Lead customers on a transformational journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks
- 04Implement technical strategy within the account
- 05Build a movement of technical champions within the account
- 06Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions
- 07Provide structured mentorship for other team members
- 08Gain respect of peers through experience, insight and contributions
- 09Serve as the main technical voice for Databricks with multiple clients
- 10Present a convincing point‑of‑view to important decision‑makers
- 11Establish and lead virtual teams to success
- 12Form relationships with executives and influencers
- 13Drive data‑driven business transformation and change with data
Requirements
- 01Proven track record as a pre‑sales professional helping large enterprises become more data‑driven
- 02Experience working with very large (> $1m ARR) global accounts
- 03Proficiency in establishing and leading virtual teams
- 04Ability to form relationships with executives and influencers
- 05Skill in presenting a convincing point‑of‑view to decision‑makers
- 06Technical expertise in big data, data science and cloud platforms
- 07Experience driving data‑driven business transformation and change
- 08Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala or Java
- 09Nice to have: Databricks Certification
- 10Familiarity with High Tech and Manufacturing industry use cases
