Responsibilities
- 01Own and drive the technical vision, architecture, and long-term strategy for the SIW platform
- 02Lead the design and implementation of core platform features and foundational framework components
- 03Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and other Principal Engineers to shape the product roadmap
- 04Spearhead the resolution of the most complex technical challenges
- 05Champion technical excellence and innovation
- 06Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness across various devices and browsers
- 07Write clean, modular, well-tested, and maintainable code
- 08Proactively identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
Requirements
- 0112+ years of software development experience
- 028+ years focused on designing and building complex, enterprise-grade web applications
- 03Demonstrated experience as a technical leader
- 04Proven track record of architecting and delivering large-scale, high-impact software projects
- 05Deep mastery of the modern frontend ecosystem
- 06Expert-level knowledge of React and TypeScript
- 07Exceptional problem-solving skills
- 08Ability to navigate ambiguity and make high-judgment technical decisions
- 09Proven ability to mentor senior engineers and influence technical direction across multiple teams
- 10Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
