Responsibilities
- 01Lead proactive sourcing efforts for key business roles including Account Executives, Account Development Representatives and other critical functions
- 02Partner with hiring teams to understand role requirements and team culture, ensuring sourcing strategies align with business needs
- 03Map talent across target companies in specific geographies and develop engagement strategies
- 04Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, events, networking) to engage passive candidates
- 05Develop and maintain strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- 06Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening, and assessment
- 07Collaborate with recruiters to manage candidate flow through hiring process
- 08Maintain organized ATS (Greenhouse) with accurate candidate data tracking
- 09Analyze data and market trends to refine sourcing strategies
- 10Provide high-touch candidate experience from initial contact through early recruitment stages
Requirements
- 013+ years of sourcing experience in fast-paced, high-growth environment
- 02Proven track record of identifying and engaging top talent
- 03Strong experience sourcing for GTM roles (AEs, ADRs, etc.)
- 04Expertise in using advanced sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search, Boolean search, Gem, etc.)
- 05Highly proficient in using AI and Agents to research, map and identify hard to find talent
- 06Excellent understanding of tech talent landscape, market trends, and competitor hiring strategies
- 07Strong collaboration skills with ability to influence hiring managers and recruiters
- 08Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- 09Data-driven approach to sourcing with experience using metrics to optimize processes
- 10Outstanding communication skills with focus on delivering world-class candidate experience
