Responsibilities
- 01Developing and maintaining systems that manage Cloudflare’s infrastructure at scale
- 02Working on expanding and evolving the suite of automations for Infrastructure Operations partners
- 03Contributing to an increasingly autonomous system that reduces manual effort
- 04Playing a key role in the development of the infrastructure that powers Cloudflare’s scale
- 05Collaborating with the team to understand business needs and develop technical solutions
- 06Working closely with internal customers to understand their requirements
- 07Integrating AI into workflow using LLMs and predictive analytics
Requirements
- 01At least 5+ years of hands-on software development experience on meaningfully complex systems
- 02Excellent proficiency in one of Python, Go, or Rust with deep understanding of the language and its best practices
- 03Experience working with Linux systems
- 04Basic networking knowledge like VLAN, Routing, DNS, etc
- 05Experience building both backend systems and frontend widgets
- 06Ability to contribute to planning, development, and execution to meet commitments and deliver with predictability
- 07Experience implementing tools, processes, internal instrumentation, and methodologies
- 08Comfortable working on projects with tight deadlines and short release cycles
- 09Excellent verbal and written English language skills
