Responsibilities
- 01Set the architecture and scaling roadmap for Crusoe Cloud's container registry
- 02Establish the patterns and standards the team builds against
- 03Drive high impact changes from design through production
- 04Drive performance strategy across the system
- 05Raise the team's technical bar through architecture, design, and code review
- 06Influence designs across adjacent teams and align with product on priorities
- 07Lead the technical response when things break
Requirements
- 01Proven success designing, scaling, and hardening distributed systems
- 02Deep, practical experience profiling, benchmarking, and optimizing distributed systems
- 03Ability to transform ambiguous performance problems into measured action
- 04Experience owning critical systems from design through production
- 05Customer-centric mindset to translate needs into codebase changes
- 06Strong fundamentals in microservices and cloud-native infrastructure technologies
- 07Comfortable working across functions to align on priorities
- 08Experience mentoring teammates and growing other engineers
- 098+ years of professional software development experience
